You will be doing the same weight movements, same rep ranges, same rest periods, however, we are going to try and have you do 4-5x6 (or whatever) on each session. You will need to add a different type of workout on each day to keep progressing as fast as possible. After this workout, you will be ready to get your diet in check. 4 Day Split Workout This is the fourth day of your split and it is designed for the body to absorb all the fat in your body. The workouts will still work and give you some ideas but with the added benefit of helping you put the fat and glycogen back into your muscles for next bulking phase or even weight training at a later round. This is a useful split for someone who has been cutting for awhile and is looking to make a full recovery from his or her weight cutting.
